Since we handcraft the items uniquely with lots of manual efforts by our experts, a “No Return” policy is applicable on most of our products.

Reasons for a “No Return” Policy-

Artisan Production: Items are handcrafted by traditional artisans, meaning they are not mass-produced, which contributes to their unique character.

What to Do if You Receive a Damaged or Defective Item-

Act Immediately: Contact us as soon as possible, usually within 24-48 hours of delivery.

Provide Proof: Send clear photos and an unboxing video as evidence of the damage or defect.

Follow Instructions: Ship the item back for inspection and will provide specific instructions.

Expect a Resolution: We will offer a resolution, such as a replacement or a refund.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
